Do all orders really ship for free?

  • Yes and No.  All orders are shipped for free as long as the next day shipping option is not selected.  

What is your return policy?

  • We offer free returns, but we do not reimburse return shipping charges.
  • You are responsible for properly returning your items in a proper shipping package in the original packaging.

  • We offer free exchanges, but we do not reimburse return shipping charges.

I received the wrong product.  What should I do?

  • If we shipped you the wrong product, please do not wear the product, and keep it in its original packaging.  Contact customer service at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the product. Including your order number, or replying to the original purchase receipt email will help us reference your order.

My sunglasses are defective. What should I do?

  • If you feel that your product is defective, please contact customer service at [email protected].  Including your order number, or replying to the original purchase receipt email will help us reference your order.  Also please be as descriptive as possible when describing the problem -frame style, color, what you think is defective a cell phone photo is required.

International Orders (Non-US)
We are not currently shipping internationally, but if demand permits we may change the policy.
